Whether you're working out where to start with AI or trying to get more from what you've already introduced, we help you agree a direction and put it into practice. We can stay alongside your leadership team as your experience grows and the technology changes, helping you turn early progress into lasting business value.
The journey below is our recommended approach. We start with what you need: if you already have a clear plan or a specific problem to solve, we can join you at that point. Ongoing support can begin alongside implementation and continue as your business adapts. For businesses moving into our ongoing service, the first three stages come together as the Kick Start Programme, so you start with a clear plan, the right controls and trained people.
Start a conversationA two-way working session with your leadership team, bringing in your IT lead or partner where useful. We explore what AI could mean for your business, discuss your priorities and concerns, and identify where it makes sense to start.
Before we meet, we speak with the person commissioning the session to understand their priorities and send preparation notes to participants. That gives us a starting point grounded in your business.
The workshop is a paid engagement lasting between two hours and half a day. You leave with a shared understanding of the opportunities and implications, an initial set of priorities and an agreed next step. A written summary always follows.
A closer look at your business to identify where AI could create value, what needs attention and how to move forward. Through meetings, investigation and discussion, we assess five connected areas:
What do you want AI to achieve, and who will lead the work?
Is the information needed for your proposed uses accessible, reliable and appropriately managed?
What skills, support and changes to working practices will help your teams use AI well?
What policies, responsibilities and safeguards are needed to manage its use?
Which opportunities are worth pursuing, and which should come first?
You receive a written assessment and a prioritised roadmap, setting out recommended actions, their sequence, indicative costs, estimated business value and proposed responsibilities. It gives your leadership team a practical basis for deciding what to invest in and what to do next.
The work is scoped around your business. Allow around two weeks for meetings, investigation and analysis, with the timing agreed at the outset.
The priorities in your plan shape the work that follows. That might mean helping people use existing tools more effectively, introducing safeguards, or building something tailored to your business.
Practical training in Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, tailored to your people's roles and the work they actually do. Sessions can be booked on their own or form the starting point for a wider adoption programme.
For teams that need continued support, we stay involved beyond the initial training. We help develop use cases, provide supporting materials and follow-up sessions, and work with internal champions and leaders to address issues and build support for new ways of working.
Together, we agree how to measure use and impact, review progress and report on what is changing. What people learn feeds into the next steps, so the programme responds to experience as well as the original plan.
When you have a clear opportunity but need help delivering it, we can design and build custom agents, workflow automations, integrations and bespoke applications. We also help with the preparation, including governance configuration and reviews of relevant settings.
We agree delivery responsibilities around your existing IT team's or partner's capabilities. They can lead where they have the expertise; Requisite brings its trusted developers, consultants and contractors where additional support is needed.
Implementation projects are scoped and quoted separately, with the work shaped around the outcome you want to achieve.
As AI changes, your business needs to keep learning, making decisions and adapting how it works. Requisite Cadence keeps your AI plans moving, helps your people use AI well and makes sure your leaders understand the risks, every month.
For businesses without a dedicated AI leader, we act as your virtual head of AI. We help your leadership team make informed decisions and carry them through, with the decisions staying with you.
Cadence brings together three things:
A senior adviser who stays involved, a monthly report, a quarterly review with your leaders, and an AI policy written with you and kept up to date.
See which AI tools your people use, in which teams and with what kind of information, including tools nobody approved. Rules written in plain English apply as people work: a prompt to think again, sensitive details removed, or the action stopped.
Short online courses on Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, matched to each role, and your AI policy signed by every member of staff.
We work with your own IT team or IT partner to deploy the platforms, and can bring in specialists where needed.
You receive the Intelligence Statement, a short report you can read in five minutes. It shows which AI tools are in use and by whom, anything that went against your policy, who has completed their training, what you pay for but do not use, and the benefits AI is delivering. It ends with the one decision we need from you and the three actions we recommend. You can call or email us for advice at any time.
We meet your leadership team to review progress and risks, revisit your priorities, adjust your AI rules and agree the plan for the next three months.
The monthly Intelligence Statement and a quarterly review with your leadership team. Assessments of new tools, uses and processes, and data protection support, are available when you need them.
Everything in Cadence, plus a monthly review of the Statement, a written quarterly report, and a quarterly AI market and leadership briefing for your leadership team. Assessments of new tools, uses and processes, and data protection impact assessment support, are included.
Every Cadence client starts with the Kick Start Programme: we understand where you are, agree a plan and your AI policy, switch on the controls, train your people and present your first Intelligence Statement. If you have already completed some of this with us or with someone else, we take that into account.
Cadence is provided for a monthly fee based on the number of people covered. The Kick Start Programme and any implementation projects are quoted for your business.
