Common questions

Before we speak.

Is there any commitment required to have an initial conversation?
None at all. An introductory call is entirely without obligation. We will give a direct view on whether we think we can help, and if we cannot, we will say so.
What type of organisation do you typically work with?
Organisations in professional services, financial services, distribution, manufacturing services, and other knowledge-led B2B sectors. Leadership teams with board-level accountability for the AI question.
We already have an IT partner. Can you still help?
Yes. We work alongside existing IT partners. Our role is strategic and advisory — we are not a managed service provider and we are not seeking to replace the IT relationship. In most cases, we help organisations get more value from the relationships they already have.
How quickly can you start?
The Boot Camp can typically be scheduled within two weeks of enquiry. Retained advisory engagements can usually begin within two to three weeks of agreement. We do not maintain a waiting list.
How do you price your work?
We price for the value of the counsel, not the hours it takes to deliver it. The Boot Camp is a fixed fee of £1,000 plus VAT. Retained advisory engagements are structured on a monthly retainer basis. We discuss pricing openly once we understand the scope.
Do you work outside the UK?
The practice is based in the UK and most engagements are with UK-headquartered organisations. We are happy to discuss international engagements where the organisational context and the nature of the work are a good fit, and will say so if they are not.
