Who we are
Requisite Intelligence Ltd, trading as Requisite Intelligence, is a subsidiary of AMJOA Group Ltd. We are a Managed Intelligence Provider offering advisory services to UK businesses, with a near-term focus on Microsoft 365 and Copilot adoption strategy.
For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, Requisite Intelligence Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as one is not legally required for an organisation of our scale. Privacy enquiries should be directed to the named privacy contact above.
What personal data we collect
We collect and process personal data in connection with three categories of relationship.
Website visitors
- Technical data captured in standard server logs for security, diagnostic, and operational purposes only: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, time zone, pages requested, and referring URL.
- We do not operate website analytics, marketing pixels, or behavioural tracking. Server log data is retained only for the period necessary to operate and secure the site.
Prospects and enquirers
- Identity data: name, job title, employer name.
- Contact data: email address, telephone number, business address.
- Communication data: records of correspondence, meeting notes, discovery questionnaire responses.
Clients
All data listed above for prospects, plus:
- Engagement data: contractual documents, statements of work, invoices, payment records.
- Service delivery data: information provided to us in the course of an engagement (e.g. Microsoft 365 configuration details, organisation charts, business process documentation).
- Feedback data: testimonials, survey responses, case study materials (collected only with explicit consent).
Lawful basis for processing
We process personal data under the following lawful bases as defined in Article 6 of the UK GDPR.

How we share your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share your data with:
- Professional advisers — solicitors, accountants, and auditors where necessary for the conduct of our business, bound by professional duties of confidentiality.
- Technology service providers — cloud hosting, email, and CRM providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
- AMJOA Group Ltd — our parent company, for group administration and financial reporting purposes.
- Regulatory authorities — including the ICO, HMRC, and the courts, where required by law.
We do not transfer personal data outside the United Kingdom unless adequate safeguards are in place (such as UK adequacy regulations, standard contractual clauses, or binding corporate rules).
How long we keep your data

Your rights
Under the UK GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Right of access — to obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure — to request deletion of your data where there is no compelling reason for continued processing.
- Right to restrict processing — to request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
- Right to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to object — to object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing.
- Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, to withdraw that consent at any time.

Security
We take the security of your personal data seriously and have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction. These include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, regular security reviews, and staff awareness.

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Where changes are material, we will notify affected individuals directly. This notice is dated 2 June 2026.
